We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.

2. What data we process and why

If you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we process:

E-mail and telephone communication

If you contact us directly by e-mail or phone, we process the data you provide during the communication, for the same purpose and retention period as with the contact form.

3. Who we share data with

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Only the following processors may have technical access to the data:

We process personal data primarily within the European Economic Area. In connection with Apple's e-mail services, data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

5. Cookies

The nevox.cz website does not use any cookies or similar tracking technologies — we store no analytical, marketing or preference cookies and deploy no third-party tools (analytics, advertising systems, social networks). Fonts and all content are served directly from our own server.

For this reason the website displays no cookie banner — consent under Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications, is not required. Should we start using cookies in the future, we will inform you here and ask for your consent.

6. Security

Communication with the website is encrypted using HTTPS. Only the controller has access to received enquiries; e-mail accounts are protected by access credentials.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when the scope of processing changes. The current version is always available on this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
